Philadelphia doctors managed to help save an unborn newborn whose expecting mom was shot and killed.
The Philadelphia Law enforcement Office reported officers positioned a woman, discovered only as in her early 20s, struggling from a gunshot wound to her head at Richmond Road and Wheatsheaf Lane.
